A non-powered passenger car fitted with a full operating cab at one end. It allows the engineer to control the trailing locomotive pushing from the opposite end of the train, eliminating the need to turn the consist around at terminal stations. These cars are essential for push-pull commuter operations and feature the necessary brake valves, throttle controls, and signaling displays.
Set up the brake valve in the driving car and do a continuity test before we head back out.
