Sealtite, a brand name used generically, is liquidtight flexible metal conduit (LFMC): a spiral steel core covered by a sunlight-resistant PVC jacket, joined with liquidtight connectors that compress a ferrule onto it. It is the standard final connection to motors, pumps, rooftop units and outdoor equipment, where it absorbs vibration and keeps water out. The all-plastic version, LFNC, is often called Carflex after another brand.
Make the last three feet to the condenser half-inch Sealtite, a straight connector at the disconnect and a ninety at the unit.
