Procedure qualification record, documenting the actual variables used to weld a test coupon and the results of its tests, such as tensile, bend, macro etch, hardness and Charpy impact. Each PQR supports one or more WPSs within the code's essential variable ranges. It is a record of what actually happened, not an instruction, so it is never revised to match a desired procedure.
Do we have a PQR with impacts at minus 50 for this grade, or do we have to weld a new coupon?
