Because powder follows field lines to the nearest grounded surface, some of it bends around the edges of tubes, wires and panels and coats the far side. Good wrap lets one-side spraying cover round tubing and saves gun passes. Too much wrap leaves heavy film on edges and backs and can put powder where masking was expected to keep it out.
Great wrap on the round tube, we only need guns on one side of the line for these.
