Bumblefudge

nounShop talkMachine Shop

Clean slang for the remote middle of nowhere, where a shop is too far from suppliers for an easy fix.

A minced form of a ruder place-name joke for any backwater town, rural shop or job site miles from the nearest supplier. Tool-teardown culture made versions of it into a self-mocking home address for the backyard tinkerer. When you are in bumblefudge, you make the part yourself because the store is two hours away.
