Meter-mix-dispense systems draw from pails or drums with gear, piston or progressive-cavity pumps, hold the ratio with metering, and mix through a static or dynamic mixer at a robot or hand gun. They cut packaging waste on high-volume lines but need ratio checks, purge routines and maintenance. Off-ratio runs from a worn pump or a starved line are their classic failure.
Meter-mix alarm tripped on low B side pressure, check the drum before we lay any more beads.
