Bulk guns have a tube barrel and a plunger rod. Crews load them by pulling sealant up from a pail with the plunger or by dropping in a sausage, and fit nozzles cut to the bead size. Two-part sealants are mixed in the pail with a paddle drill and then bulk-loaded. Bulk guns cut waste and reloading time on long runs of joint.
Mix the two-part, load the bulk guns and keep the pail in the shade or it'll kick before lunch.
