The small printed booklet of high and low water times and heights for a local reference station, often with corrections for nearby places, sunrise and sunset and moon phases. Fishermen, harbour staff and boaters keep one in the truck or wheelhouse. Many are printed on local time with daylight saving already applied, which is convenient until someone compares them with an official table on standard time.
Check the tide book, I think low is around four, but it's the harbour figures so add twenty minutes for the creek.
