WideUltra SCSI is a parallel storage interface that combines the doubled clock speed of Ultra SCSI with the 16-bit data path of Wide SCSI. This configuration yields a maximum theoretical throughput of 40 MB/s. It requires high-quality cabling and active termination to maintain signal integrity over the bus.
We need an active terminator at the end of this chain before we power up the WideUltra SCSI array.
