To force ink through a fine mesh stencil onto a substrate.

To print an image by pushing thick ink through a woven mesh that has been partially blocked by a stencil. A squeegee drags the ink across the screen, forcing it through the open pores onto the material below. It is heavily used for textiles, posters, and irregular surfaces like bottles or electronics.
