A bodge wire is an added jumper, usually thin insulated wire such as 30 AWG wire-wrap wire, soldered between two points on a board to make a connection the layout missed or to reroute a signal after a trace is cut. It is a normal part of prototype bring-up and gets documented so the fix goes into the next spin. The word is British and widespread among hobbyists and engineers, while North American labs often say jumper or blue wire.
Pin 4 of the regulator should go to the enable net, cut the trace and run a bodge wire to R12.
