Cable assemblies built to measured lengths at the factory, terminated with MPO or LC connectors, tested and shipped with test reports and pulling socks over the ends. They cut on-site labor to pulling, mounting and plugging in, which is why data centers run on them. The catch is length: order it short and you start over, order it long and you need somewhere to store the slack.
Pre-terms show up Thursday, so get the overhead tray finished and the cassettes mounted before then.
Measure the pathway with a tape or wheel, not off the drawings, and add the slack for routing inside both racks before ordering pre-terms.
