DPRAM (dual-ported RAM) is a type of static or dynamic memory equipped with two independent access ports. This architecture allows two different processors or logic blocks to read from or write to the memory array at the exact same time without contention. It is heavily used in video memory, network buffers, and inter-processor communication to prevent data bottlenecks.

We need to buffer the video feed through a DPRAM so the DSP can pull frames while the camera is still writing.
