A resin, wax or acrylic liquid sprayed once the surface sheen is gone after finishing, forming a film that slows moisture loss. White-pigmented versions reflect sun on pavements, and coverage runs around 200 sq ft per gallon. Many compounds block the bond of later tile, epoxy or flooring adhesive, so floors that will be covered get a dissipating type or have the film removed.
Spray the curing compound as soon as the finishers are off it, and make sure it's the dissipating one, that slab gets VCT.
