Power buggies are walk-behind or ride-on carts with a tipping hopper that holds several cubic feet of concrete, used on interior slabs, basements and decks without pump access. The two-wheel push version, the Georgia buggy, is rolled by hand across plank runways laid over the rebar. Buggy pours are slow and labor-hungry, so they are kept for small or awkward placements.
Pump can't get past the gate, so it's buggies through the garage and three guys raking.
