A facility where the raw ingredients of concrete are weighed and combined.

An industrial installation that stores, measures, and dispenses cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures to create concrete. Central mix plants combine everything with water on site, while transit mix plants drop the dry ingredients and water into a mixer truck drum to be blended on the road.
