Facade crews break buildings into drops, each one the width they can reach from a suspended stage or chair. Work is scheduled, priced and tracked per drop: rake out, prime, rod, seal and tool from roof to ground, then move the rigging over. Drop counts tell everyone how far along the job is.
We finished drop 7 on the east elevation, move the rig over and start 8 in the morning.
