Short for anti-contamination clothing, the protective clothing set that keeps removable contamination off skin and personal clothes. A full set includes coveralls, a hood, cotton glove liners with rubber outer gloves, cloth or plastic shoe covers and rubber overshoes, with tape at the joints; double sets are used in higher contamination. Anti-Cs do nothing to stop gamma radiation, a point newcomers often miss.
Anti-Cs are on the shelf by the RCA door, grab a full set and a pair of rubbers.
Check the tape at wrists, ankles and hood before entry; an open cuff is a classic route for contamination onto skin.
