Two jacketed simplex cables bonded along a thin web so they can be peeled apart at the ends. It is the usual construction for duplex jumpers, keeping the transmit and receive fibers together while allowing each leg its own connector. Peeling it too far turns a neat jumper into two tangled singles.
Don't unzip the zipcord past the boots, we need the pair to stay together through the cable manager.
