Tagging out means fixing a signed danger or do-not-operate tag, usually with a personal lock, at each isolation point listed in the switching order. The tag names the holder and the job and can only come off through that person or a formal removal procedure. Lockout-tagout is the general industrial name for the same discipline.
Tag out both LV incomers and the generator changeover, then I'll prove dead and you can start.
