Daisy chain

verbStandard termElectronics

A wiring scheme where multiple devices are connected in sequence one after the other.

To connect electronic components, peripherals, or circuit nodes in a linear series rather than routing each back to a central hub. In this topology, signals or power pass from the first device to the second, the second to the third, and so on. It reduces cable clutter and simplifies routing, though a failure in one link can break communication for everything downstream.

You can daisy chain up to six of those sensors on the same I2C bus if you set the addresses right.
