This feature dynamically alters the gain of an amplifier based on the amplitude of the incoming signal. When the input is weak, it boosts the amplification, and when the input is strong, it reduces it to prevent clipping. It ensures a consistent signal level for downstream processing or transmission.
The receiver keeps dropping the weak packets because the autogain is reacting too slowly to the burst.
