A fundamental digital logic circuit that outputs a high signal only when all its inputs are high.

This basic logic block implements the Boolean AND function. If any input is pulled low, the output is forced low, making it useful for masking signals or requiring multiple conditions to be met simultaneously. In CMOS design, it is typically constructed by adding an inverter to the output of a NAND gate.
