Detackifiers are applied to exposed adhesive surfaces to neutralize their grab. In manufacturing, they are often used to kill the tack on excess squeeze-out or exposed tape edges so that parts do not stick to packaging, rollers, or each other. They work by crosslinking the surface layer, depositing a fine powder, or forming a hard chemical shell over the tacky resin.
Spray a little detackifier on that edge ooze so the panels don't bond to the shipping rack.
