UUT stands for unit under test: the item on the bench being calibrated or verified, as distinct from the standard used to measure it. Procedures, uncertainty budgets and calibration software label every input as UUT or standard, and the UUT's own resolution, repeatability and stability during the test are budget components in their own right. Electronics and test engineers often say DUT, device under test, for the same thing.
Connect the UUT to the calibrator output and let both warm up for 30 minutes before the first point.
