Refrigerants are named by R-numbers, such as R-410A, R-32, R-454B, R-134a, R-404A, R-717 ammonia and R-744 carbon dioxide. Each has its own pressure-temperature curve, oil compatibility, safety class and global warming potential. A2L refrigerants are mildly flammable and carry extra requirements for leak detection and tools. Venting fluorocarbon refrigerants is illegal; they must be recovered.
Unit's charged with 454B refrigerant, so make sure your recovery machine and vacuum pump are rated for A2L before you hook up.
Calling refrigerant coolant marks you as an outsider. Techs say refrigerant, or just name it: 410, 22, 454B.
