Crews unroll heavy rolls from spreader bars on loaders or excavators, then pull panels into place by hand with the right overlap and slack. Deployment is planned around wind, temperature and seaming order, and only as much material is laid as can be seamed or ballasted that day. Dragging sheet over rough subgrade and driving on it are the classic deployment mistakes.
No more deployment after three, the wind's picking up and we only have sandbags for what's down.
Deploy only what can be seamed or ballasted before the crew leaves; an unweighted panel is a sail.
