Water-based polymer gel or foam pumped into the duct ahead of the cable and slathered on the jacket at the feed point. It cuts friction so a single pull can run much farther before the cable's tension limit is reached. It must be compatible with the jacket compound, and it ends up on everything nearby.
Long sweep at the third vault, so dump a gallon of lube in there before we start the winch.
