Slaughterhouse waste and rendered animal fats leave behind a solid, high-protein byproduct that is dried and ground into a powder. This material serves as a potent organic fertilizer, releasing nitrogen and phosphorus slowly into the soil as it breaks down. It is often blended into commercial organic soil amendments to boost early vegetative growth.
The supplier is out of bone meal but they have a few pallets of tankage that will give us the nitrogen bump we need.
