Reduced swing differential signaling is an internal display interface protocol that transmits data between timing controllers and column drivers using small voltage differentials. By keeping the voltage swing narrow, it minimizes electromagnetic interference and reduces power consumption. It serves as a localized, intra-panel alternative to LVDS.

The timing controller outputs RSDS to the column drivers, so check those differential pairs for shorts.
