Visit USA (VUSA) fares are special discounted tickets for domestic flights within the United States. They are strictly available to non-US residents and must be purchased outside the country in conjunction with an international round-trip ticket. Airlines use them to encourage tourists to fly multiple legs within the US on their network.

Make sure the passenger has their international itinerary attached, or the system will reject the VUSA fare.
