An interior trim component attached to the roof header panel via a multi-axis swivel mount. It swings down to block direct sunlight and can often be unclipped and pivoted sideways to cover the upper door glass. Higher trim levels integrate lighted vanity mirrors, extendable panels, and programmable garage door openers directly into the core material.
The pivot mount on the driver side sun visor snapped off, so it just dangles in front of the steering wheel.
