Scheduled walk through the plant to grease, top off and inspect a set list of lubrication points.

A planned sequence of lubrication tasks, grouped by area and frequency, that a lube tech walks with the right products, quantities and inspection checks. A good route sheet names the grease and shots per point, the sample ports and the correct oil levels, and is often run on a handheld with condition notes logged along the way. Route compliance is one of the standard reliability metrics.
