Extra extra extra small is an extreme end of the standard apparel sizing scale, sitting below XXS. It is typically used in specialty petite ranges, niche high-fashion brands, or specific compression garments where an exceptionally tight fit is required. Because sizing is not standardized, the exact measurements for an XXXS vary wildly between manufacturers.
We only cut the XXXS block for the Asian market, so don't grade the domestic patterns down that far.
Because XXXS is not a universally standardized size, pattern makers often have to create a custom sloper for this size rather than simply grading down from a medium.
