A small, brimless cloth skullcap worn by Jewish men.

A hemispherical or saucer-shaped head covering constructed from panels of fabric, knitted yarn, or crocheted thread. In garment construction, sewn versions typically use four to six triangular gores converging at a central crown point to create the curved shape that conforms to the skull.
