A formal cover document that accompanies a batch of technical drawings or reports.

An official record used to track the transfer of engineering drawings, specifications, or project documents between parties. It lists exactly what is being sent, the revision numbers, and the purpose of the transfer. This ensures there is a paper trail proving that the recipient received the correct and updated information.
