The pinout map of a ball grid array component, detailing which signal, power, or ground net is assigned to each physical coordinate on the package underside. A well-designed ballout places high-speed signals near the edges or groups them logically to make escaping the traces easier for the PCB designer.
The manufacturer updated the ballout in the new datasheet, so we've to rip up and reroute the entire memory interface.
