A clicker is a wireless handheld transmitter used by speakers, stage managers, or technicians to manually advance slides, fire lighting cues, or toggle practical fixtures. While traditionally used for presentations, lighting crews often integrate the receiver into the control console via contact closures or MIDI so the talent can drive their own lighting changes directly from the stage.
Tie the receiver into the console so the CEO's clicker fires the next lighting cue along with the slide.
