Smoothed best estimate of trajectory is the output of post-processing GNSS and inertial data together: refined position, height, heading, roll and pitch at high rate for the whole survey period. Processors load SBETs into the multibeam software to replace the real-time navigation and attitude, often with matching uncertainty files. Applying SBETs is a routine step before final surfaces are built.
Don't build the final surface yet, the SBETs for day 214 still need to go on.
