A mechanical press built for heading. A one-die, two-blow header handles simple heads, while multi-station formers, also called bolt makers, transfer the blank through several dies to extrude, upset, trim and pierce more complex shapes. Header operators set tooling, wire feed and cutoff length, and their adjustments decide head fill, bursts and dimensions.
Header three is blowing out heads again, check the cutoff length and the punch before you run another coil.
