Standalone photovoltaic system. This setup includes solar panels, a charge controller, battery storage, and an inverter, designed to power an isolated load without any connection to the central electrical grid. They are typically installed at remote telecom towers, rural cabins, or monitoring stations where running transmission lines is cost-prohibitive.
The telemetry station relies on an SPVS, so if we get three days of heavy snow, the batteries will completely drain.
