A high-amperage circuit originating from a breaker or fused disconnect in a primary service panel that supplies a downstream subpanel. It carries the full capacity for the secondary enclosure and must include a separate equipment grounding conductor. Sizing this feed requires calculating the total connected load of the downstream branch circuits.
We need to pull a 100-amp subfeed through the crawlspace to power the new garage panel.
