FLPP stands for the Future Launchers Preparatory Programme. Run by the European Space Agency, it focuses on researching and developing new technologies for next-generation space launch vehicles. The program aims to reduce the cost and risk of access to space by testing reusable components, advanced materials, and new propulsion systems before they are integrated into a full rocket design.
