A seller who inflates a computer price by pre-installing expensive, usually pirated or unlicensed software.

A shady vendor or technician who loads a computer with expensive commercial software suites before selling it, using this to justify a heavily inflated price. The software is almost always pirated, cracked, or lacks the original installation media and license keys. When the operating system inevitably crashes or needs a reinstall, the buyer loses all the programs they thought they had paid for.
