A dynamic IP address is a logical network address leased to a device for a limited time by a DHCP server, rather than being permanently configured. When the lease expires or the device reconnects, it may receive a completely different address from the available pool. Internet service providers use dynamic IPs for residential customers to conserve their limited allocation of public IPv4 addresses.

You can't host a reliable web server on that residential connection because it uses a dynamic IP address that changes every week.
Do not mix it up with
- static IP address: A dynamic IP changes automatically, while a static IP is manually assigned and never changes.
