Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio (ACLR) measures the amount of radio frequency energy a transmitter inadvertently broadcasts outside its assigned bandwidth. It is calculated as the ratio of the transmitted power in the assigned channel to the power measured in the adjacent channel. High ACLR values indicate a clean, well-filtered signal that complies with regulatory emission limits.
The amplifier is being driven into non-linearity, which is tanking our ACLR and causing us to fail the emissions test.
