A pneumatic or hydraulic breaker attachment used for chipping hard materials.

A mechanical breaker or chipping hammer used to demolish concrete, rock, or heavy slag. The nickname comes from the rapid, repeating strike action of the chisel bit, which resembles a bird pecking at wood.
