Basher

nounShop talkShop Slang

A worker who uses brute force or heavy tools to shape materials or complete tasks.

A tradesperson who relies on heavy impacts, hammers, or sheer physical force to get a job done. In metalworking and construction, it often refers to panel beaters, metal shapers, or demolition crew members. While it can describe a legitimate heavy-duty role, it is also used as a mild insult for someone who lacks finesse and damages delicate components by hitting them instead of adjusting them properly.
