Brick of standard length and thickness but half the width, such as 9 by 2.25 by 2.5 inches.

A half-width rectangular shape, typically 9 x 2.25 x 2.5 inches in the standard series. Soaps finish openings, burner ports and wall ends, and fill gaps in bonded brickwork where a full-width brick will not fit. Like splits, they are ordered pre-sized so crews spend less time on the saw.
