The scatter one lab sees on a single procedure over weeks or months, as days, operators, calibrations, reagent lots and instruments change. It sits between repeatability and reproducibility and is often the most realistic estimate of everyday scatter for a single lab's uncertainty budget. Pooled data from a check standard tracked over months is a common source.
Use intermediate precision from the check standard history, not today's ten repeats, the budget has to cover every operator we've got.

Related terms
Repeatability
How tightly readings bunch when one person repeats a measurement with the same setup, in one place, in one short sitting.
Reproducibility
How well results on the same item agree when the lab, operator, equipment or day is changed on purpose.
Check standard
A stable item measured regularly to confirm a measurement process still behaves as it did when characterized.
Type A evaluation
Putting a number on an uncertainty component by running statistics on your own repeat readings.
